SCIENCE EXHIBIT 2013 "Getting to zero: Zero New HIV Infections, Zero Discrimination, and Zero AIDS related Deaths"

This exhibit that took place last September 4-6 at the Mabini Hall of Lyceum of the Philippines gave us the idea about HIV/AIDS disease. It aims on educating us students on how to avoid getting Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD's) through a photo exhibit.

They've thought us what HIV/AIDS and how it was being transmitted to another person; how someone could avoid getting one; the law/s the government is being implemented to avoid the growth of patients; how to put a condom on; how the "infected" mother can transmit the same disease to her newborn.

We are actually shock on how the photos are actually real, of course let's face it, it's not usual that you would see a photo that instructs you on how you should put a condom on a real guy's penis. Students actually gathered most on those kind of pictures and make fun of it. But on our generation now I think it's really necessary to show something like that especially to teenager students like us.
Our group having our tour around the exhibit. (Incomplete)

We've learned a lot on this exhibit. It thought us to be responsible of ourselves. And how not to be so hard to those people whose suffering from this kind of diseases. :)
